UKHK prev

Preview for the UKHK short story i'm doing for this year's CF09 with my group (apparently i'm the only one who does asian/europe while others are purely europe wryyy) basically based loosely on the whole event when HK is brought under the British rule and till the part where it ended (grown up). And i really mean loosely. Quite lighthearted (read: cheesy) story i guess _{i'm just focusing on their relationship}

HK (i'll just call him Hong) needs time to be less hostile. Either that, Arthur is just bad at handling kids.
