Oh hay it's not a hetalia piece for once. Lmao.
Been a while since i last drew vocaloid.. i wanna try drawing the newest vocaloid for once tho.
I don't think i'll draw her again or at least not too frequent. Her neck accessory is freaking annoying to draw.
Meiko now has an ally, or a new challenger to her asset.
Done on SAI/photoshop. Might scrap this laterrrrr.
